There are two versions available for free download, regular and insanity deluxe. Click the links below to downlaod a printable version of the basic Insanity workout calendar. I actually combined my Insanity sessions with some P90X workouts, creating a hybrid routine that helped me maintain strength while significantly boosting my metabolic conditioning. This free basic theme insanity workout calendar covers all 60 days of your insanity workout and includes an area for your fitness test results. Plus, the main workouts are relatively brief - if you don't count the lengthy warmup, stretching and cool-down sessions.
No extra equipment's necessary (except a big-ass water bottle and plenty of towels to mop up your sweat puddles). I had a blast with Insanity's crazy-intense HIIT-based workouts.
